0. 适用范围

本政策由义乌市爱硅蜜网络科技（下称「我们」）制作，适用于我们在 Google Play 发布的全部 Android 应用，包括但不限于《Driver Fatigue Detector 疲劳监测》。《疲劳监测》当前版本为 5.0.0，包名 com.driverfatigue.detector。若某款应用另有单独的隐私说明，以该说明为准。

一、我们收集哪些数据

我们不收集任何个人数据。应用不使用账号系统，不要求注册登录，不含广告 SDK、统计分析 SDK 或崩溃上报 SDK，也没有任何服务器。因此：

• 摄像头画面：仅用于判断闭眼、打哈欠、低头等疲劳征兆。检测所需的单帧图像在处理过程中会临时写入应用私有缓存，识别完成后立即删除。应用不录制任何视频
• 可选的事件快照（默认关闭）：如果你在「设置」中主动开启「保存疲劳事件快照」，应用会在判定为重度疲劳的报警瞬间，保存一张画面到本应用私有目录（其他应用无法访问）。这些快照仅保存在你的手机上，不会上传；你可以在「设置 → 查看事件快照」中查看、分享或删除任意一张，也可一键清空。为避免占满存储，超过 200 张或 200 MB 时会自动删除最旧的一批。不开启该功能则不会保存任何画面
• 设备文件与媒体：应用不读取也不写入你设备上的任何文件、照片或视频，未申请存储读写权限
• 位置信息：不申请、不收集
• 通讯录、短信、通话记录：不申请、不收集
• 设备标识符：不收集

二、本地存储的数据

以下内容仅保存在你手机的本地数据库中，从未离开设备，随时可删除：

• 检测时段记录：开始与结束时间、持续时长、疲劳等级与指标时间线
• 应用设置：灵敏度、声音与震动开关、音量等

你可以在「历史」页面逐条删除检测记录，在「设置 → 恢复默认设置」重置设置；卸载应用会彻底删除全部本地数据。

三、应用所需的权限及用途

权限	用途
CAMERA	核心功能，用于实时检测驾驶员面部状态。仅在你主动开启监测后才会调用
FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_CAMERA	监测期间保持进程与相机会话不被系统回收，并显示常驻通知，可随时一键停止。请注意：受 Android 系统限制，应用退到后台或屏幕熄灭后摄像头会被系统切断、无法继续检测，因此本应用应在屏幕常亮的前台场景下使用（例如把备用手机固定在支架上）
POST_NOTIFICATIONS	显示上述常驻通知与疲劳提醒
VIBRATE / WAKE_LOCK	用于疲劳警报的震动提醒与保持监测不中断

应用不申请麦克风、位置、通讯录、短信、存储读写等权限。

应用使用 Google ML Kit 的人脸检测能力，该模型打包在应用内并在设备本地运行，不联网、不向 Google 或任何服务器发送数据。应用中不含广告 SDK、统计分析 SDK 或崩溃上报 SDK，也没有任何服务器。

四、第三方共享

我们不向任何第三方出售、共享或披露你的数据，因为数据从未离开你的设备。

五、儿童隐私

本应用面向成年驾驶员，不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会在知情情况下收集儿童的任何数据。

六、数据安全

由于所有处理均在你的设备本地完成且不留存，不存在传输或服务端存储环节，因此不存在相关数据泄露风险。建议保持手机系统为最新版本并启用锁屏。

七、重要免责说明

本应用为公益性质的辅助提醒工具，不能替代驾驶员的安全意识与合规驾驶义务，也不构成任何医学诊断或安全保证。受手机硬件性能、光线、佩戴眼镜等因素影响，识别可能出现失效。请务必遵守交通法规，避免疲劳驾驶。

八、政策更新

若本政策发生实质性变更，我们会在本页面及应用内更新说明。继续使用即视为知悉更新后的内容。

0. Scope

This policy is published by Yiwu Aiguimi Network Technology ("we") and covers all Android apps we release on Google Play, starting with Driver Fatigue Detector (package name com.driverfatigue.detector, version 5.0.0). If a specific app has its own supplementary notice, that notice takes precedence for that app.

1. Data we collect

We collect no personal data. Our apps have no accounts and no sign-in, contain no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, and have no server. Therefore:

• Camera frames: used only to detect drowsiness signals such as eye closure, yawning and nodding. Single frames are temporarily written to the app's private cache and deleted immediately after analysis. The app never records video
• Optional event snapshots (off by default): if you explicitly enable "Save fatigue event snapshots" in Settings, the app saves one still frame to its private app directory (inaccessible to other apps) when a severe drowsiness alert fires. Snapshots stay on your phone and are never uploaded. You can view, share or delete them in Settings → View snapshots. Beyond 200 files or 200 MB the oldest are removed automatically. With the option off, no image is ever saved.
• Files and media: the app neither reads nor writes any file, photo or video on your device and requests no storage permission
• Location: not requested, not collected
• Contacts, SMS, call logs: not requested, not collected
• Device identifiers: not collected

2. Data stored locally

The following stays only in a local database on your phone and never leaves the device: detection session records (start/end time, duration, drowsiness level, metric timeline) and app settings. You can delete session records in the History screen and reset settings in Settings; uninstalling the app removes all local data.

3. Permissions and why

Permission	Purpose
CAMERA	Core function: real-time detection of the driver's facial state, only after you start monitoring
FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_CAMERA	Keeps the process and camera session from being reclaimed while monitoring and shows a persistent notification you can stop at any time. Note: due to Android system restrictions the camera is cut off when the app goes to the background or the screen turns off. The app is therefore meant to be used in the foreground with the screen kept on (e.g. a spare phone mounted on a holder)
POST_NOTIFICATIONS	Shows the persistent notification and drowsiness alerts
VIBRATE / WAKE_LOCK	Vibration alerts and keeping monitoring uninterrupted

The apps do not request microphone, location, contacts, SMS or storage permissions.

Apps use Google ML Kit face detection. That model is bundled inside the app and runs entirely on-device, never accesses the network and sends no data to Google or any server. Our apps contain no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs and have no server.

4. Third-party sharing

None. Nothing ever leaves your device, so nothing is sold, shared or disclosed.

5. Children's privacy

The apps are intended for adult drivers, are not directed to children under 13, and do not knowingly collect any data from children.

6. Data security

All processing happens locally and nothing is retained, so there is no transmission or server-side storage involved. Keep your OS updated and your device locked for best protection.

7. Disclaimer

These are non-profit auxiliary reminder tools. They do not replace the driver's own judgement or legal duty to drive safely, and provide no medical diagnosis or safety guarantee. Detection may fail due to hardware performance, lighting or eyewear. Always follow traffic laws and never drive while drowsy.
